1985年東京都文京区生まれ。神奈川県横浜市のサン・モール・インターナショナル・スクールの高校を卒業。
2006年米国オレゴン州ルイス&クラーク大学にて心理学専攻及び中国語を副専攻で大学卒業。
2008年米国フロリダ州アルビズ大学大学院にて心理学修士課程修了。
2013年同大学院臨床心理学博士号、法廷特化で卒業(博士論文Doctoral Project:Endo, T. K. (2012) Test Construction: Clinician’s Gay Male Competence Inventory. (Doctoral dissertation, Carlos Albizu University)。後、オレゴン州にて臨床心理学社の国家治療免状を獲得。マイアミ市警、FBI、CIAの調査支援を行った実績を持つ。
2017年には薬物依存人口を減らした功績を称えられ、2017年フロリダ州ジュピター市より表彰される(2017 Best of Jupiter Awards – Drug Abuse & Addiction Center)。現在は実践的ビジネスサイエンス、実践的心理学、脳科学的教育、ニューロマーケティングの普及、後進の育成に努める。著書に『売れるまでの時間-残り39秒 脳が断れない「無敵のセールスシステム」』(きずな出版)、共著に『仕事の教科書』(徳間書店)がある。
